Our sweet Louie loved life in the most genuine, wholehearted ways. You could often find him stretched out in a warm patch of sunlight, completely at peace, soaking in the day as if he knew just how precious those moments were. He looked forward to his wagon walks, riding along with quiet contentment, taking in the world at his own perfect pace. Time with his cousins brought out his playful spirit, a reminder that no matter his age, there was always joy to be found in togetherness. And through it all, he had a gentle but steadfast sense of responsibility—always keeping an eye on his “Lu pack,” making sure everyone was together, safe, and exactly where they belonged. Over the years, his muzzle may have grayed and his steps may have slowed, but his heart never changed. He loved in the same pure, uncomplicated way from beginning to end. Loyal. Patient. Always there. Thank you for all the memories Lu Log! You were deeply loved and will be forever missed.
