The photo urn has a slot in the front for your favorite photo to be inserted and easily changed without opening the urn.  AMS can insert the photo for you and deliver the urn back to your hospital with the photo already placed in the urn.  To do so please send a digital photo to:

NOTE:  When ordering customized products through the website the online store will ask for your shipping information.  This is to confirm your Credit Card information only.  All customized orders will be returned to your veterinary hospital and not shipped to your home.  (EXCEPTION - UC Davis clients)
