Plaque Customization

You have the option of personalizing your pet’s urn by changing the inscription on the laser engraved plaque attached to the front.  You may add phrases, dates, or even a picture of your pet to the plaque. There is a small fee for this service.  If no changes are made, your pet’s name will appear on the plaque.

Urn Customization

The Veterinary Medical Specialists at Campbell, Concord, Dublin and San Mateo have selected 5 urn options for you at no additional cost. The Maple wood urn shown below will be used unless you select a different style or finish.

The other urns available are also shown below and are:

• The Maple Wood Urn (with a Cherry or Mahogany finish)
• The Granite Style vases (in blue and earth tone)
• A Scatter Urn

Maple Wood Urn

Our standard urn is made of beautifully crafted maple wood and comes in a natural, cherry or mahogany finish.  Your pet's name will be laser engraved on a plaque and attached to the front of the urn.

Granite Style Vase

The Granite style vases have two different colors (Light Blue and an Earth Tone - both have black speckles inter-mixed in the color). The vase is made of solid metal, has a screw top and a smooth granite like finish on the outside. Your pet's ashes are placed inside the urn in a secure plastic bag.

Scatter Urn

The Scatter urn is made of tin and comes with a pop top, allowing easy access to your pet's ashes with are stored inside in a secure plastic bag. 

The scatter urn is used for those family's that know that they are going to scatter their loved ones ashes and do not want one of the other urns that are available.
