Plaque Customization

You have the option of personalizing your pet’s urn by changing the inscription on the laser engraved plaque attached to the front.  You may add phrases, dates, or even a picture of your pet to the plaque. There is a small fee for this service.  If no changes are made, your pet’s name will appear on the plaque. If you would like to customize your plaque click here.

Urn Customization

Portola Animal Hospital has selected 3 urn options for you at no additional cost. The Maple wood urn with a Cherry stain shown below will be used unless you select a different style or finish to your urn.

Animal Memorial Service also offers various urn styles and memorial products at an additional cost available in our product catalog. 

Cherry Finish Urn

Our most popular urn is made of beautifully crafted maple wood and for Portola Animal Hospital has a Cherry wood stain.  The inscription of your pet's name will appear on a plaque on the front.  This urn also comes with a Maple or Mahogany finish.

Pine Urn

This urn is made of pine and stained a nice natural color to be neutral in almost any setting.  It has the advantage of having a large area in the front which allows greater flexibility in producing a custom inscription, including laser engraving a photo of your pet on the plaque.

Ceramic Vase

Ceramic vases come in 2 different colors.  Pet's ashes are placed inside the urn. The top can be sealed or left with the capability of being opened.
