AMS and your veterinarian have collaborated to provide a means for you to customize the memorial for your pet. This website serves as both the tool for that customization and as an informational resource for grief and pet loss support.
Your veterinary hospital has identified an urn style to be used as your pet's memorial, unless you decide othewise. If you do not notify us, we will use the style selected by your veterinary hospital as your pet's memorial. There are options you can choose including the finish of the urn, style of the urn, or a personalized message on the laser engraved plaque.
