With an individual cremation your pet will be cremated separately and the ashes shipped to you via certified UPS.  The cost of an individual cremation varies depending on the size of your pet and includes:

• Pick up your pet at UC Davis Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital
• Your choice of six different urn styles
• A customizeable laser engraved plaque attached to the front of your urn
• UPS certified shipping to your home

	Medium Individual Cremation (21-80 lbs) $235.00
	Large Individual Cremation (81 - 200 lbs) $265.00
