When AMS returns your pet's ashes their name will appear on a laser engraved plaque attached to the front the the urn.  If you would like to personalize the inscription you can do so here by selecting either:

A standard custom inscription - text only 3-5 lines

A photo custom inscription - over 5 lines or a photo representation or both

There is a limit to the space available on the front of the small Maple wood urn so for smaller pets the plaque might have to be placed on top of the urn.  In each case AMS will send a confirmation to you to verify your personalized inscription.

NOTE:  When ordering customized products through the website the online store will ask for your shipping information.  This is to confirm your Credit Card information only.  All customized orders will be returned to your veterinary hospital and not shipped to your home.
