Animal Memorial Service is a family-owned company located in Gilroy, CA. We partner with veterinary hospitals across Northern California to provide cremation and memorial services to pet owners. Jeff Franks is co-owner and managing partner, overseeing all operational services. Brian Maxwell, DVM, is co-owner and a local veterinarian. The coalescence of the experience and education of Dr. Maxwell and Jeff Franks in all aspects of AMS enables us to provide you the highest level of service and to respond reliably and efficiently to all of your needs at this critical time.

Accuracy is of utmost importance to you as the pet owner. AMS uses technology to uniquely identify and track each animal to ensure complete accuracy throughout the cremation and memorial process.

Our individual cremations are always truly individual, conducted one animal at a time. Separating animals by bricks or other means allows cross contamination of ashes during the cremation so we never employ this technique.

If you choose a communal cremation, your pet will be cremated with other animals and the ashes scattered in the California foothills.
